The St Andrew Old Girl’s Association (SAOGA) honoured this year’s SAOGA Saints Maxine Henry-Wilson and Jessica Jones at the Association’s annual Valentine Dinner/Dance – On The Wings of Love on  Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 7:30pm in the Margaret Gartshore Hall at SAHS.

The elegant and most enjoyable affair was well attended by a good cross-section of year groups and men as well.  Emcee Claudette Carter ably guided the evening’s event which opened with greetings from President Sally Carter and Principal Mrs. Sharon Reid.

In their thank you to the Association Saint Awardees Maxine and Jessica implored past students to continue to give, time and talents to our beloved school. “The challenges faced are many but we  are a vital part of the School Family to which we bring our energy, talents, and our vision to ensure that the traditions will live on, and that St Andrew High will continue to turn out exceptional women who make their contribution to Jamaica and the world, and who always pay it forward to the the school that set them on their path” Jessica said.

It was a thrill to see a captivating performance by 2017 SAOGA Andrewz Idol Jaydene Campbell who sand the Etta James hit At Last. Music was ably provided by PHD (Party Hard Disco) aka Mr. Burrell.
